A Quick Update On My Thrilling Life

Levelled up on CoH again. The Mighty Decay Constant is now level 15 and flying like a mother fucker.
I'm really starting to get back into the whole industrial scene. It was kicked off by my obtaining all the Nine Inch Nails remixes (which I recommend to anyone, NIN fan or heavy-metal-hater) and a couple of Skinny Puppy releases. I'm now downloading the new Das Ich album because I know Lav likes 'em, and she's pretty clued up on that genre. If you're reading, recommend me some more! I've also been listening to KMFDM properly and some classic NIN. But I digress.
It's 1 am and I think I'll go to bed. M1 exam tomorrow, technically. Tuesday, not Monday. Eek. I should be OK, but I'll be pretty tired considering my current sleep-routine. Oh well, roll with it, Jacky-boy, roll with it.

G'night.

ahh das ich, haven't listened to them in ages. time for ressurection i think.

try some pigface. the contributors are always changing so it's pretty diverse. think trent reznor was in the line up at some point (tis where 'suck' originated from i believe). i particularly like 'hips tits lips power'.

i've been recommended front 242 and front line assembly. 'sturm' by the latter is a pretty awesome song.

or you can lean towards electro-punk and katscan. mechanical cabaret are ace, and deathboy are decent.

sheep on drugs, they were trippy live. popped off for a quick wizz and by the time i got back the woman had her tits out and the guy her hair. crazy.

haven't got much covenant but 'dead stars' and 'we stand alone' are great.

ultraviolence, maybe download 'i am destructor'.

or there's vnv nation who those girls in greenwich park were playing when we were there last summer.

hmm i'm shoddy at categorising stuff so i'm not sure any of them are industrial as such.

but aside from the electro/industrial scene, you should listen to cake. they're excellent. try their cover of 'i will survive' if you haven't already heard it. now that's how it's meant to be.
