Haven't posted any worthwhile content in a while/ever, and in my current state of sheer boredom I thought I may as well grace these pages.
In recent news, I got my myspace back, but at least this time I'm not being genuine, which I feel makes it alright. The Delve gig is also confirmed, I expect to see you all there.
Last night was crazy. I had a great time the whole night, but I shouldn't have. Matt, Jenni, Buggsy and I were getting stoned in a house we weren't even supposed to be in, and I was a very bad boyfriend. There was a terrifying point where a neighbour knocked to ask why teenagers were in a house that was supposed to be empty for two weeks. Jen had it covered, though. Rock 'n' Roll/I guess this is growing up.
I feel guilty.
Reflections: Thoughts and Feelings on Tom-Fest '06
It started well and only got better. What was originally a really good group turned into a great group (until Hauwa had to leave, when it became a really good group again). Good times were had in the form of quiz games, card games, trusty crusty and Jenni's rolling talents. The worship of false idols always brightens any evening (pun intended), and I ate shitloads (like I always do in that state). Alissa and I cooked some badass pasta (I stirred it, she did everything else - teamwork!).
The downside.
Kundai convinced me to drive to the shops at one point and Hauwa didn't try to stop me (in fact, no-one did, but Hauwah came with us), and it was the scariest drive ever. K lied to us; he did not know the way. So I hurried back to Tom's again before I killed the three of us. Kundai was in a bad mood all evening, the poor fellow. But I gave him a lift home at the end of the night, so I hope that made up for it.
It was a grand evening, and I have a free house in two (count 'em, TWO) weeks, so I'll probably pull a similar stunt. I'll probably come up with a better name than Tom-Fest, though. Like Jack-Fest.
Thanks to Tom for the gratuitous use of his house/garden/food, and thanks to everyone else for a great night.
Same time next year.

If you're a spy.
